Bought "leather blend" sofa and love seat that was delivered 11/25/09...Six month later top layer of fabric started to peel off..monitored fabric, just got worse. Called Bob's in Niantic, Ct in 11/10 to have it replaced..Instructed me to call Guardsman because I have the "goof proof"...they told me it was a warranty issue...by this time in December, warrenty was not in place. Customer Care would not help me, sent two technicans to my home and INSISTED it was damage from a animal...could not answer why it was only peeling... read full review »
