GreenTree has been calling me with harassing calls (sometimes even swearing at us) about a late payment. I called them to tell them to stop calling, because I show they received the payment and the money was taken from my account. After being hung up on 3 times and calling back, Laura in Customer Service finally said they applied my payment to a "suspense account" rather than my account. There were no notes as to why.
