I have been in the Making Homes Affordable program with Bank of America for 12 months. I just learned yesterday that my request for a modification under this program had been denied by BAC Home Loans on December 8, 2010. I was never made aware of this decision. After learning that the reason was due to information not being received on time, I informed the person I spoke to that I had verification via fax reports that I faxed the information requested on two separate occasions on 11/03/2010 to two different fax numbers.
