When I first moved to this 3 bedroom apartment was in September 29th, summer was just ended. It's me, my wife and two children that live here. I had only one window AC located in the living room that I was using regularly to cool the whole place. Con Edison came in, read the meter and they initiated my first bill for $ 107.
