called and ordered the free trial for just the shipping charge of $9.99. They then went and charged my account $99.90 which made the account overdraw and made my bank start charging us with insufficient funds in the amount of $152.00. All we keep in that account is an accurate amount in order to do our banking business so we always know exactly how much to have in the bank account. I called them and they were very rude. We purchased 3 area rugs/carpets for our bedroom. They were the most expensive and the "best of Mohawk" according to the Lowe's carpet employee. After about 3 months the carpet fibers just started turning loose and coming out. It happened where you walked, vacumed or just sat down and you could pick out the fibers like "loose hairs' on your dog.
