I received a bill from Westlake stating that i didn't have to make a payment for dec. but january, so i called and their automated system said the same thing that the bill said so i said maybe there was a glitch with the system so i called back and spoke to a representatuve and he told me the same thing and in january received a bill saying that i owed a thousand and some odd dollars and i called them and they said i should have used common sense and i told the representative i did use common sense that is why i called and talk to a live... read full review »
