They were a no show after giving me a fixed time slot 10 days back. The worse part is that Sears doesn't give a crap either . Most worthless bunch of pukes I have ever dealt with in the Appliance Repair industry. The technicians have no clue what they are doing. How a reputable company like Sears deals with such an unprofessional company beats the crap out of me. The worst part is that their ( SEARS) Management is clueless too.
