I travelled from Birmingham U.K to India Ahmedabad on 9th Feb 2011 with the stay of 14 hrs at Dubai, FROM FLIGHT NUMBER EK 38 On arrival at Dubai I requested for room as stay was longer and as I was accompined with my 11years old son with broken little toe. But even after offering to pay I was not given any room but was promised for free meals twice .
