this disabled Senior visited the Burger King, ordered a Burger, proceeded to be seated but was distracted by snide, objectionable, sarcastic, derision threating from one clerk. This was returned in kind but with no furor attached and no physical provocation other than by implicaiton. From the continued vituperation and condecsion this disabled Senior suffered ailments from stomach ache, mental disorientation and a virtual " heart attack ".
