I had about Rs. 3000/- balance in my pre-paid mobile phone No. 9810368332 in August, 2010. I have life time validity too. I went to meet my children in Canada and returned in January, 2011. On returning, my pre-paid mobile showing the message of "Inactive sim". Since 1st February, 2011, I have been made to run to different airtel outlets. I have talked to atleast 7 Nodal officers on customer care. I have also provided the documents related to my identity, address proof and a photograph to the airtel outlet in Sector-IV, Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 7th Feb., 2011.
