EMAIL SENT TO HEADQUARTERS As a longtime customer of Edible Arrangements I am appalled and disappointed in the service my sister and I received from the Rancho Palos Verdes location, store # 1164. My sister placed an order this morning between 10am-11am for our mother’s birthday and spoke with David. She confirmed with David that the order must be delivered by 3 (he promised between 2-3pm) and if he was NOT able to have it delivered by that time we would go a different route.
