ordered special trial price product on 23rd January 2011 for a total charge £3 . 59 GBP and delivery in 3 days. delivery has taken two and a half weeks. and i have just recieved my credit card statement (10th February 2011) with an additional £65 .01 withdrawn without my permission. There is no mention of additional charges being made and in this country is is classed as fraud. I am extremly angry and will never trust buying anything from America again, this will not get my money back but i will now highlight this company to British Trading Standards so hopfully no one else will fall for this scam.
