I applied for a refinance on 2 mortage loans that I have with Chase. This was first done on 11-30-2010 and have not been notified of the progress of the loans or as to a closing date. I have excellant credit and have given them all of the information requested. I have worked through the local branch in Peoria and they have been very supportive but am not getting anywhere with the Downers Grove office. What can I do? read full review »
