i ordered a trench hawk on 12/06/10, it is now 02/10/11 and i still have not received my item. it took me two weeks and 5 e-mails to finally get a reply from customer service, then i was told it was on back order. then they kept d*ckin me around saying it would be in stock in about a week. they used that excuse on me for 7 weeks in a row. the botach company is ran by 14 year old kids, thats the feeling i get when i talk to customer service.
