I ordered a six piece leather sectional sofa in October 2010. In late December I received 4 of the 6 pieces. Shipping company's receipt showed that only 4 were to be shipped. I called Bari to let them know 2 pieces were missing. Since then I've had to call at least a dozen times. I'm now told that I can expect the 2 pieces to be delivered sometime in March 2011, more than 5 months after the order was placed. I'm not holding my breath.
