I purchased a phone card from Walgreens in 2008 and did not use all my minutes within the 24 months, which I will take blame for. BUT, this card was used exclusively to fax documents to long distance numbers. So, I went and bought another phone card in 2010, with only 150 minutes($10.00). I had used this card exclusively to fax also. Yesterday I could not get a fax to go through, so I eventually called customer service, who is telling me that the card is not made for faxing!?!?
