Firstly, prior to this current problem, I have never had any issue with AA.Placed an order 11/22/10.Usually within a few days a tracking number is received.When this didn't occur I emailed an enquiry, was told by Alex Bison of customer service that once the order shipped details would be provided.By 5th of January still no word, emaied again, reply from Chris Reed shipping dept would investigate.Into Feb, emailed again regarding missing order, was contacted by Suzee, initially very helpful, I provided her with payment dates, order detail... read full review »
