There was a deduction of R199 from my bank account. I did not give permission for this. I e-mailed them in March to get my money back and they said 'they will search for the phone records.' I did not hear from them again. I e-mail again a week later and was told the same thing. I e-mailed them AGAIN on Monday (19 Apr 2010), but this time they did not even reply.
