I refer to my previous complaint about the finance approval on an application my son in law made for finance for a car, and suppliers response that he should contact the dealer. On Monday he handed in my daughter's bank statemnts as well, and contacted the dealer the next day, who said MFC were offline. The following day they said they were waiting for a 'certain lady ' had to approve it and would come back to them.
