I took my Mini Cooper S to them beginning of February for a routine 35 000km service. They phoned later that day to say that my car had a cracked exhaust and needed to be replaced and they needed to keep my car overnight. The next day I received a call saying my car was ready to collect however it needed to come back in because the bracket that secured the exhaust didn't arrive with the exhaust so I said fine.
