I noticed in December a charge of $24.95 on my American Express card that I didn't know what it was for. I did not follow up but had another charge in January for the same amount, same name...Value Plus. I called and they said I had ordered a product online for a free 30 day trial and would be charged each month if I didn't cancel within thirty days.
