What a rip-off!!! 1. When I called, I was told someone would be out in 25 minutes. Someone arrive 40 minutes later - freezing weather 2. I was told it would be $25 for the service call and labor would start at $45. My door was a french door, and just the doorknob was locked. There was no deadbolt. It took the guy 2 seconds (literally), and I got charged $150 dollars. Are you kidding me? When I complained he said something about it was the type of pick he had to use that made it so expensive.
