I have requested a detailed billing of the charges and have not received this. I have been requesting this since June of 2010 and nothing yet. I specifically asked them not to do any additional work that would not be covered by my insurance and they did indeed charge me double. I have yet to this day to receive this information other than threatening letters about collections.
