I received 2 calls saying that I took out a cash advance and didn't repay it. NOT TRUE!!! Never even took out a cash advance! They had all my info - SSN, Bank, previous employment. Scared me to death! I was told the same thing I have seen on here-I will be arrested, have to pay, etc. I was told that if I wanted to settle out of court, I would have to write an apology letter, pay immediately using my debit card and then I would receive all of the documentation that pertains to my "case."
