On 2/9 Bill Fandrich and his challenged henchman Ted Marsh presided over yet another layoff in IT. The purpose: structural re-alignment. The truth is that nothing has aligned since he arrived there with ol' Ted at his side and nothing will align after he leaves. Bill wants for much, including image.
