This prepaid phone card ( Power Ball ) is not being reliable and there's no customer service as they stated. I bought 4 cards for value of $14 " 2 five dollars & 2 two dollars at a couple stores in Brooklyn and guess what?... All four pins are invalid and when I went back to the stores, they all tell me to call customer service because they are not responsible; I called the so called customer service but I happend to be on the phone almost an hour and I was never assited for 2 days that I was trying to reach them. So, therefore I think something needs to be done because with the actual economy situation I belive it is not fair. read full review »
