After 10 years as a customer of Juno.com, I called to cancel my account because I was finally able to get a Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) in my neighborhood. It just so happended that the day that I called was the same day that Juno charged my credit card for a month's service in advance. Since I was calling on the same date my credit card was to be charged for a month's future service, I asked the "customer service" rep if I would get the payment credited back to my card. I was told "That is not our policy". When I demanded to speak to a supervisor, I was told that I would be transferred and then the line went dead. read full review »
