We purchased (2) Viking ranges and many other Viking products in 2006. Never again! These products are crap and the company never backs up their warranty. and my inexpensive Jenn Air Oven lasted 12 years without a single problem. We have written and called Viking with the same result; we received an arrogant reply from Viking and had to shell out another $350+ for another thermostat and the oven would not turn off therefore risking a fire hazard.
