Donald Schober, dba Mid Suffolk Cesspool Service, attempted to clean out my septic tank on May 29, 2010, but couldn’t because his truck didn’t work properly. He insisted that my septic tank was so clogged up that no one would be able to clean it out. He then put acid into my septic tank and told me he’d be back in a few days after the acid melted the clog. He demanded $400.00 for May 29th work, even though no work was actually accomplished.
