We cancelled our contract with Biltwell within the legal three day time period. Mr Fresa gave us a Biltwell check for a refund of the $4, 200 we deposited with him. His check was returned from the bank as insufficient funds! After a two week time period, no sleep wondering if we would ever get our money, and our promise to him we would seek legal action agains him for taking our money, we finally got back our money, in cash as we demanded, in two separate payments.
