I rely on my tenants to handle the services needed when something is broken or needs repaired. My tenant contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Kittery, Maine 207) 439-2330 or 888-603-6539. They came out and it took them less than two hours to thaw a pipe at a cost of $338.00. I contacted them to find out what type of work they actually did and have not heard back from them.
