They are the biggest ripoff artist I've ever come across. They will suck you in on HUGE savings on vacations all over the world. They brag about all the money you are going to save, only to be mislead. We joined last May 2010, It took over a month to get our club membership card after several calls to Outrigger Vacation Club. Went back to Grand Design and inquired about a refund of our membership, only to be told it was a nonrefundable contract. At that point I was worried.
