On October 7, 2010, VacuVent performed a duct cleaning service and offered an elctronic filter for an additional fee. I purchased two filters, one for myself and one for my daughter-in-law. I was told the filters would arive in 3-6 weeks. my daughter-in-law rec'd her filter, but it did not fit her unit properly. I waited until mid-November then called 800-664-5322 to check on the status of my order and to advise that the one filter was not sized right.
