Santander bought my mother's auto loan from Citi finacial. Citi let her know and told her Santander would be sending her a new payment slip with her new account number. They never sent her any info or contacted her. Instead almost two months later they started calling her to pay her bill. She told them she never got the payment slip where to send the payment.
