I actually had to argue with a PetCareRX representative to cancel a backordered medical item after my dog had died. I also requested to be taken off of their contact list but continued to receive emails. To top it off, yesterday I was informed that my "Order was being shipped." I had no pending orders, nothing was set up for automatic shipment and my dog died 5 months ago. Can't seem to get a hold of anybody at PetCareRX to assist me with this mess.
