If you have something to discuss with a customer service rep, be prepared to spend at least 5 minutes navigating a pointless and poorly designed phone tree. It will take holding for another 20 minutes before reaching a person, then I was told that my call was misdirected to the Florida service department, not the Virginia service department (how this happened is a mystery since I was not prompted for anything to steer me there).
