I applied for and was approved for an Emerald Advance based on my estimated refund, the loan was for 900 and the refund was to be 4700. WRONG. WAY WRONG. The funny thing is...None of my income verification changed from the day of the estimate/loan to the day I had the taxes actually filed. I am not complaining about the outrageous interest, fees, ect. Just the fact that they lied about my refund so that I would borrow money I wasnt actually due to get back. I think it is fraud to mislead people in that way. I plan to do more than just complain. read full review »
