Bought a Roku Player. Returned it within a week. It took almost six weeks and three phone calls to get my refund which DID NOT include mailing costs. So their $78 player cost me over $20.00 in postage. Their so called return policy does not state that buyer gets stuck with any and all postage costs. Their Customer Service gets you lots of servile apologies and little else. I believe I finally got my credit. minus the postage costs, after losing my cool on my third phone call to them. I assume they just feared getting another call my a very irate American woman. I am spreading the word to all my friends. Never buy this company's product. read full review »
