To keep this from being too lenghty, I will just say that we too are now being "stonewalled" by signet financial. They have indicated that we have qualified for a refund on our Contract Refund Agreement, after literally months of unreturned phone calls and unanswered e-mails, we have been notified that our refund check would be written 1/28/11. The check has not arrived...and now they (Gregg Lehman nor his employees) will return our phone calls or answer our e-mails.
