After noticing two credit card charges from MNI Credit Report.com on one billing statement, I went back and found that I had been charged three times by this company. I called the number listed on the statement by their name. I calmly explained that I hadn't done any business with them. The girl I was speaking with put me on hold for a minute then came back and asked a few questions. She then transferred me to a nice person in another department who also asked a few questions.
