My Home at 12 Egret Ln. Aliso Viejo, CA is currently financed by Bank of America @4.75% APR 20 yr. I applied for a refinance loan and was offered a 3.8% for a 15 year term in November early. I did not hear anything from them till January. In between I co-signed a car loan for my nephew in Ohio. I submitted all documentation as to the payment being made by my nephew from his back and also the car being registered in Ohio. Now when I call them they say they cannot honor the offered refinance.
