We have been with web.com for about 6 years. When we first started using them the were excellent, but since then they have gotten worse and worse and worse. Tech support is condescending and grouchy and many times cannot solve problems. When we first started using them they were outsourcing the online store to Prostores, but recently they have built their own online store, and it has been riddled with problems, from day one.
