I ordered and paid for a slipcover in August 2010. In September 2010 i received an email from the company saying they were getting ready to cut the fabric. In December 2010 I received an email saying they didn't have enough fabric and wanted to substitute another fabric at no additional cost. I relied to the email saying I did not want another fabric and that I wanted a refund. I have called and emailed them several times and no one will get back to me about the status of my refund.
