Me and My Roommate tried to file my Tax return through IBSN.The representatives are sitting in INDIA and will take your telephonic interview. The guy hardly could speak in English and even did not know If I need to do a Paper filing or Online Filing. After giving all details and subimitting the money, I tried to contact them after 2 months to file my return, they just disappeared. They did not respond to my emails, phone calls. This was really frustating and finally we filed return through another company. Thank God we did not file through them. I am 100% sure if any query comes, these guys will be no where. read full review »
