Had my colored with first one color and then had highlights put in! The way she styled my hair highlights showed but not usually the way I wore my hair. Made a call to them and told them that you couldn't even see the highlights. (which U can't) They told me highlights start at $50 and I could come in and PAY again. Of course I said I would never be back there again if that is how they did business. I hope this is enought information to file a complaint. Would not reccomment The Hair Cuttery to ANYONE if that how they do business. I will also tell EVERYONE I know this same story! read full review »
