I called GS Services because i was advised by HESC that i had an outstanding student loan. When I called i spoke to an Andrea first she was yelling at me, when i told her that she had the wrong last name and that my address is wrong. I also tried to find out why she had it since I paid all my student loans. She told me that this is me and i needed to pay over $3K. When I kept insisting she may have the wrong person she started talking over me and telling me No maam this is you . then she hung up on me.
