I purchased and returned 2 majicjacks but was only refunded for only one.I have been trying since nov.2008 to get my refund but I keep getting the runaround .I have spoken to several customer representatives and higher- up support, but all I get are a bunch of lies and promises that my credit card will be credited within 48-72hrs.All it is a bunch of bullshit and I have told them so, and then they close the line. read full review »
