We have successfully purchased and downloaded XBox LIVE's "Call of Duty: Black Ops - First Strike: Pack 1 (EN)". It appears from the games marketplace as fully downloaded and available to "PLAY NOW" yet we get the bogus and incorrect message screen: "To use this item, play the game it was downloaded for." We are then directed to any of our GAMES library. This pack set is NOT showing in any of our libraries. Why? We have just wasted points for "content" which is UNUSABLE and a total rip off. read full review »
