When my mother passed away on January 30th, 2011, Ivers and Alcorn Funeral Home picked her up from the hospital and took her to there Merced office. When we spoke on the phone regarding the cost of cremation I was told it woulf be over $1600. I explained that we did not have that kind of money, so Stan (The funeral Director) offered to do the price out of his Mariposa office. This brought the price down to $975.00.
