Rural Metro is the most mismanaged back stabbing fraudulent piss poor company I have ever worked for. Mis treating employees, their policies they make up as they go. I say Transcare then Transcare now Transcare forever. Saint Elizabeth really played this one bad. Now there are some really great people who are employed by rural metro however none of them are managers. Yes management is horrible all three of them.
